Intuitive Ireland Journey
Let your Intuition be your Guide!
This is a special opportunity to experience the beauty and magic of Ireland’s sacred sites and gorgeous landscapes on an intuitive level with a group of self-explorers, bringing compassion and curiosity to the forefront of this journey.
There will be an Integrative Shamanic Breathwork Journey and Processing on Mount Brandon, as well as many teachings, rituals, experiential activities and time for reflection along the way.
We will be visiting multiple beautiful locations throughout Ireland, including the Cliffs of Moher, Newgrange Passage Chamber, Glendalough Monastic Settlement, and the Hill of Tara, as well as an authentic faerie fort.

This Pilgrimage to the Motherland is a heart journey of remembering our sacred contract with the Earth. It is a call from the ancestors; a call to restore balance in our lives and in our relationship with Mother Earth.

One-Day Shamanic Breathwork: Solar Eclipse
Spiritually, an eclipse represents a time of deep introspection and transformation. In many cultures, it is seen as an opportunity for personal growth as it is when the flow of energy is interrupted at the moment the sun is eclipsed by the moon. It gives us pause to reflect on our lives release what no longer serves us and call forth that which we are ready to step into.
This experiential workshop corresponds with the energies of the Solar Eclipse which will be acute here in Illinois on April 8th. We will be in the window of this portal of amazing energies to consciously work with what is coming up in our lives to be eclipsed.
This event is experiential in nature and will be utilizing Shamanic breathwork, teachings, ceremony, art, and group processes. Shamanic Breathwork is a tool that supports us in accessing a greater truth of our soul's knowing, connecting us to the Shaman or Healer Within.

Breathe the World: FREE One-Day Shamanic Breathwork
This 1/2 day Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony is being offered as a free gift from Aahara to you, a give-back to our community. We offer this once a year.
During this time of conflict and upheaval on our planet we may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, angry, sad, confused, and more, both at personal and global levels. We need to gather in community to breathe and connect with each other. And...the holiday time of year can also be hard sometimes, with expectations, the stress of family dynamics, financial hardship, or grief as to not being able to be with loved ones who live far away or who have passed on.
