One-Day Shamanic Breathwork: Dia de los Muertos

On this day, it is said the veils between the worlds are thinner, so we can more easily communicate to heal and celebrate our lineage.

The Day of the Dead, known in Mexico as Dia de los Muertos, is a beautiful day of healing and celebration that offers a unique approach to coping with grief, guilt, and forgiveness.

Families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion with food, drink, and celebration.

On this day, that helps us access a deep state we will focus on connecting with our ancestors for healing and celebration with teachings, ritual, and Shamanic Breathwork.

Shamanic Breathwork is a tool that supports us in accessing a greater truth of our soul's knowing, connecting us to the Shaman or Healer Within.

This is a half-day Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony with Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioners Carley Mattimore, John Malan, and Ruth Souther.
