In Chinese Astrology, each year is associated with an animal and element that informs our personal and collective process. This year, we are encountering the energy of the Fire Horse, starting on February 17th. This intense energy of the Horse is powerful and about personal freedom, dynamic change, swift action, innovative new ideas, and breaking through old patterns to ignite a new way of moving forward in our lives and our world.

Shamanic Breathwork is a fast-track way of peeling back to layers and unearthing the gold that lies within. The power of the breath along with theatrical chakra-attuned music allows you to shed your ego and enter a different state of consciousness giving you insight and alternative perspectives to life’s mysteries.

This is a 1/2 day Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony with a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and a Master Practitioner.

This half-day workshop will be held in Springfield, IL.
