Tiger Warriorship Online: Water Initiation

In the third segment, we connect with the energy, qualities and traits of the Tiger. Tiger symbolizes primal instincts, unpredictability, and the ability to trust our intuition. This includes developing willpower, personal strength and courage. As we unpack our shadow warrior traits, we directly face our fears & overwhelming emotions by inviting them into conscious awareness, bringing them to the table to work through the need for denial that has kept them hidden.

In this module, as we connect with the essence of the Tiger:

• We face our fears and the overwhelming, denied, and repressed emotions.

• We invite our defensive behaviors into consciousness so we may utilize that energy in a more integrated way.

•  As we recognize our strengths, trust our insights, and reconnect to more of ourselves, we ignite renewed passion, purpose, and stronger inner knowing.

•  We become more grounded in accessing our truth, which enables us to hold another’s process without disrupting our own.

• We learn to stay present in our body, feelings, and inner experiences, yet we can be compassionate towards others as we hold space for their feelings.

•  We learn to hold contrasting feelings and experiences, the dark and the light.

• We are at a crossroads in our development, learning how to navigate the spaces between the known and unknown, between the present and future.

• We become the bridge, the mediator, and a master of metamorphosis.

Here we integrate our emotions, harnessing the energy consumed by defensive behaviors. We become strong and insightful as we learn how to trust our own inner knowing. As we get stronger physically and emotionally, we have a renewed passion, sensuality and purpose in life! The element here is Water.
