We call forth our visions for the future and plant the seeds for the new upcoming spring in our lives.
With these ceremonies, we will be honoring the energies of this longest night with Shamanic Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony to reverently connect with the sacred within us, sowing the seeds for our growth into all that we can be.
Cacao drinks have been used for emotional and spiritual healing for
thousands of years.
Shamanic Breathwork is a way to access our truth, held in the mysteries of our psyche and body, supporting us in a return to our authentic selves.
